Cooking method
Yesterday my parents came to visit me and my husband, and they are terrible lovers of a variety of seafood. I wanted to cook something like this in addition to traditional family dinners. This very dish was an appetizer canapé with shrimp, the culinary recipe of which I accidentally found in one of the magazines. So, how to cook this snack? I'm telling you. First, peel the shrimp, leaving the tails. Now we remove the insides. Carefully mix the broken raw chicken egg with starch, pepper and salt. Now we immerse the shrimp in the same container and mix well so that the seafood is completely covered with this mass.
Now cut the crust off the slices of bread and cut them in two.
Put 1 shrimp on each half, slightly pressing it into the crumb of bread.
Now we cut the steep yolk into small cubes, lay them near the tails of the shrimp. We put a small sprig of shrimp and an olive near the shrimp.
After that, heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and carefully put 3-4 tartlets with shrimp in it at a time. We wait until the bread is covered with a golden crust, and the shrimps are cooked and we take them out of the butter. Let the oil drain, put it on a dish and stick a skewer.
When all the canapes are ready, we serve the dish to the table!
