Delicious and hearty sandwiches in a hurry! I don't know about you, but I really don't like cooking in the morning. There is neither time nor energy for culinary wisdom. Therefore, quick sandwiches are in great demand at home. You can't think of a better meal in the morning, and as a snack after work, this is a great option.

To begin with, you need to fry the bread on both sides. Be sure to heat the pan and fry the slices over high heat – this way the bread will fry faster, but it will remain soft inside. Quick sandwiches can be made with any oil, but personally I always try to use olive oil. Then the sandwiches are more tender and the butter is almost felt.

Spread the bread on a plate, cover with slices of cheese and set to cool. Now peel the pepper and cut into small cubes along with the tomatoes. Tomatoes are better to take harder or clean the bones. Chopped vegetables should be lightly salted, mixed with tomato sauce, put on bread and put in the microwave until the cheese melts.
If desired, quick sandwiches can even be served with an omelet or soup.
Here is such a simple, but very tasty culinary recipe.
