Sweet apples in an extraordinary batter. Try it! I really like to drink tea, I use it several times a day. Because I have no problems with the figure, I eat a variety of sweets with it. Store-bought cookies and sweets are pretty tired, that's why lately I've been cooking goodies for tea on my own. I would like to share with you now a culinary recipe of great food of Latvian cuisine - apples in Latvian.

To start, mix the egg whites with salt, sugar, and half of the milk. Next, pour in the flour, knead a homogeneous dough. At the very end, pour in the remaining milk. We put the dough on for 25-30 minutes in order for it to reach. In
this time we peel the apples from the peel and core, cut into circles 1-2 cm thick, sprinkle with sugar. After the dough has been infused, we introduce whipped cream into it, stir it. Let's proceed directly to the preparation of baking. To do this, we prick an apple circle on a fork, dip it in the dough, put it in a frying pan with the fat heated on it and fry on both sides until golden brown. The finished apples are sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Apples should be served hot.
