Cooking method
I think there is no such person among meat lovers who will remain indifferent at the sight of a toasted piece of beef steak. So I am not one of those, because I am happy to collect recipes for various ways of cooking these selected pieces of meat. The recipe of the food that I will describe relates to Norwegian cuisine and is called Steak with red sauce. My friend who lives in Norway shared with me the tricks of cooking this dish at the time. So, how is this dish prepared?! First we take the steaks and rub them with salt and pepper. Fry them well on both sides. Next, we put all the toasted steaks in a fireproof dish and bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of about 20 degrees. While our steaks are reaching, we will prepare the sauce. To do this, heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the flour on it until golden brown.
Next, pour in the broth and bring the whole mass to a boil. Boil for 5-10 minutes with the lid open. Now pour in the wine and currant juice, add red pepper. After both the steaks and the sauce are ready and have cooled down a little, we can serve our dish to the table. Usually Steaks with red sauce are served with potatoes and vegetables.
