  • Toast the bread in a toaster or in a dry skillet, then let it cool. Cut the pre-cooked chicken breast into fairly thick slices. Wash and pat dry the vegetables, then slice the tomato and cucumber into rounds. Now build the sandwich: spread the bottom slice with mayonnaise, top with a lettuce leaf, then chicken, a couple of tomato slices, and cucumber. Add the middle slice of bread, spread with mayonnaise on both sides. Layer on tomato, then chicken, lettuce, and finish with the top slice spread with mayonnaise. Your sandwich is ready. Enjoy!
