    For these pancakes you'll need kefir, flour, an egg, butter, baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

    Start by beating the egg in a bowl with the sugar.

    Melt a little butter in a preheated skillet and pour in a small amount of batter to form each pancake.

    Cook in the butter until bubbles form on the surface, about 1–2 minutes.

    Flip and cook another 30 seconds, until golden.

    Stack the pancakes on a plate and top with sour cream. You can drizzle them with anything—honey, caramel—or add berries, nuts, or dried fruit. Enjoy!
