Step 1:
To make pancakes, we will need kefir, flour, egg, butter, baking powder, sugar and a pinch of salt.
Step 2:
To start, beat the egg into a bowl and add sugar.

Beat everything well with a whisk and add kefir.
Step 4:
Add flour mixed with salt and baking powder to the resulting mixture. Mix everything well.
Step 5:
Then, add the melted butter.
Step 6:
Mix everything to a homogeneous consistency. The dough is ready.
Step 7:
Now put a little butter on a preheated frying pan and pour a little dough forming a pancake.
Step 8:
Fry the pancake in butter until bubbles form. The time is about 1-2 minutes.
Step 9:
Then turn over and fry for another 30 seconds until golden brown.
Step 10:
We spread the pancakes on a plate and pour sour cream on top. You can pour anything with honey and caramel, you can also add berries, nuts or dried fruits. Enjoy your meal.
