  • Boil the beans ahead of time. Chop the onion and marinate it in a weak vinegar solution (one tablespoon of vinegar, one tablespoon of hot water) for 20–30 minutes. Cut the zucchini into pieces, fry them lightly in a dry skillet (no oil), let them cool, and cut them into cubes. Cut the tomatoes. Mix all the ingredients and dress with the yogurt, pepper, and the juice from the tuna.
