Cooking method
All the ingredients are simple and easy to store in the refrigerator, and the cooking process itself takes a few minutes.
Three potatoes on a medium grater, then sausage, in the same place.
Add egg, salt (a little, take into account the salinity of the sausage), pepper, herbs. Mix it up.
Spread the resulting mixture on bread.
Preheat the pan, pour the oil.
We use a little sleight of hand and spread the sandwiches with the filling down on the pan.
Fry until slightly browned (5-7 minutes), carefully check the readiness of the potatoes
Turn over and fry for another 2-3 minutes, until a golden crust appears. The sandwiches will not be dry, for this we used fatty sausage
Done! Using paper towels, we remove the remaining oil.
