Cooking method
1. Beat off the beef, then cut into slices about 5 cm thick. A prerequisite is to cut across the fibers.
2. Roll the pieces of meat in flour.
3. Peel the onion, cut into circles.
4. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, put a layer of onion on the bottom. Heat the pan.
5. Fry the meat on high heat, putting it on the onion, for 3-5 minutes. The pieces of meat should not come into contact with the dishes. When frying, they should turn brown.
6. Mix sour cream with tomato paste, ground black pepper, a spoonful of wine, then pour the mixture over the meat.
7. Cover the pan with a lid, simmer until tender, the meat is soft. Depending on the meat, the cooking time may take from 20 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve the finished dish to the table hot.
