Cooking method
1. Extract the seeds from the tamarind and dates, put them in a bowl, pour hot water, leave for 15-20 minutes.
2. We put the swollen dates and tamarind in the blender bowl. Peel the ginger, cut into circles, also put it in a blender bowl with cumin, pour water, add a pinch of red ground pepper.
3. Beat the ingredients to a pasty consistency, put them in a frying pan, send them to the fire. Simmer for 5 minutes with constant stirring.
