Purple asparagus is well washed and cleaned. Cut the washed carrots into cubes, chop the hazelnuts.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and simmer the asparagus shoots and carrots separately in oil until cooked for 7 minutes. Allow to cool. Cut into small cubes or circles.
Mix these ingredients with the nut. We fill it with oil and serve it on the table. A quick and delicious salad is ready. Enjoying it.
