Cooking method
1. Stir the yeast with sugar, add a little warm water to the mixture, stir and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Pour the remaining water, yeast mixture and oil into a bowl. Add salt. Mix everything well.
3. Add the sifted flour in portions and knead the elastic tight dough. Cover and leave for 1 hour to come up.
4. Knead the dough and divide it into 2 parts. Form 2 tortillas and leave for half an hour on a baking sheet.
5. Bake the tortillas: the oven is preheated to 200 degrees in advance, the time is 15-25 minutes.
