Step-by-step cooking
We roll out the puff pastry not much and cut out a 25x25 cm square from it. From the remains, we cut small lozenges.
Prick the dough before baking in many places with a fork. Bake the cake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. After baking, we also bake lozenges.
Remove the seeds from the cherries. Gelatin is dissolved (I use instant) in a small amount of hot water.
We cook sugar, pudding and milk as it is written on the package. We also add gelatin here. Mix everything and cool.
Whisk cream and combine with pudding.
Put strawberries and cherries in the mixture, mix.
All this mass is transferred to the cake, decorated with lozenges on top.
We put the dessert cake in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Whisk cream with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. We divide the mass into two equal parts. In one pour a tablespoon of cherry juice, whisk.
Decorate the cake with whipped cream from a pastry bag. We lay out strawberries, cherries, mint leaves on it.
