This is a culinary recipe for a very tasty, hearty salad! As an option, vegetarian food. If you do not take canned chickpeas, then it must first be soaked in cool water for 10 (preferably 14) hours. If possible, change the water several times. Then rinse, pour chickpeas into a saucepan, pour filtered water and bring to a boil. I cook like this – first 10 minutes on very high heat, then 1.5 hours on average. By the end of cooking, I periodically check the readiness of chickpeas (I crush the pea with my fingers). Peas should be very soft!
I advise you to bake beetroot in foil in the oven at a temperature of 150 ° C for about 1.5 hours, or a little bit. With this heat treatment, the most vitamins are preserved. Readiness to check with a knife.
So, mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl. I mixed the beets with everything, but it was possible to cut them into circles and put them on the bottom of the dish. That's who wants it. To taste, add freshly ground pepper, salt. Gourmets can try to sprinkle this salad with chickpeas, beetroot and pomegranate with coriander and cumin. But, in my opinion, the proposed ingredients are perfectly combined with each other, and I would not add anything to this list.
