Cooking method
1. For dessert, we will need granola, it is not difficult to cook it at all. Fried peanuts are peeled from the husk, chopped with a knife coarsely. Pour oat flakes into a bowl, pour the prepared peanuts and sunflower seeds here, mix. Pour liquid honey into a separate bowl, add a pinch of cinnamon to it, mix. Heat the honey in a microwave oven for a couple of seconds, then pour it into a bowl with dry ingredients, mix thoroughly. We line the baking sheet with parchment, spread the resulting mixture on it, level it with a thin, even layer. We send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 160 degrees, bake granola for 40-50 minutes. Granola will turn out to be more than necessary for the preparation of this dessert, it can be used for other culinary recipes or eaten for breakfast, pouring milk.
2. Since bananas will be baked with the peel, they need to be thoroughly washed, then dried. We cut the prepared bananas lengthwise to the very edges, so that we get a pocket. Each banana is placed on a piece of foil, the edges of the foil are connected so that the banana is somehow packed into it. Drain the liquid from the canned pineapples, cut into small cubes. Banana pockets are filled with crushed pineapples, granola and walnut kernels, sprinkle with chocolate chips on top.
3. Place the banana boats on a baking sheet, send them to the oven preheated to 170 degrees, bake for 10-12 minutes. After the specified time, we take the baking sheet out of the oven, let the dessert cool down to room temperature, only after that you can serve it on the table.
