And so we cook cheesecake with mascarpone without baking.
First soak the gelatin for one hour (how to do it is written on the package). Always in cold water.
Then chop the cookies – with a meat grinder, grater or blender.
Melt butter on the stove.
Pour the butter into the cookies and mix well. Then we spread the resulting mass into a round shape, tamp it down and put it in the refrigerator. Cookies with butter – this will be the basis of a cheesecake.
Melt gelatin on the stove without letting it boil. Separately, whisk the cream with sugar to a fluffy foam. Then add mascarpone and mix well. Pour in the gelatin, continuing to stir.
Now we spread the mass on the base, level the surface. And we put the cake in the refrigerator. Better for the whole night.
You can sprinkle cocoa or grated chocolate on top of the cheesecake.
