Cooking method
I boil first the young pork and potatoes, which I then cut into small cubes. Pickled mushrooms are thoroughly washed and crumbled with a thin long straw. I'm cleaning the onion. One of the bulbs finely crumble. I add mayonnaise and mix the salad thoroughly. Last of all, I cut the second onion into thin rings and decorate the food with them before serving. According to the mood, I can even decorate with rings of sausage cheese with the middle removed or slices of canned pineapple. It is good if before the arrival of guests there is time to keep the salad in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours. The express method is also very good if everyone is hungry and it's time for the table: for fifteen minutes in the freezer. This salad has only one serious drawback - it ends too quickly, no matter how many other foods are on the table.
