Step 1:
To prepare a summer dietary beetroot, we prepare the necessary products and spices.

Cut five fresh cucumbers into small cubes.
Step 5:

Chop and finely chop some greens to taste.
Step 7:
Put the chopped greens in a common bowl.
Step 8:
Pour one liter of ayran into a bowl as a dressing, which can be replaced with kefir diluted with water.
Step 9:
Mix all the ingredients well together in a bowl.
Step 10:
Add salt and a mixture of black and red peppers to the bowl to taste.
Step 11:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl again and let the prepared diet soup brew for one hour.
