Cooking method
The grill rasher must be oiled.
Remove the clams from the shells. We make incisions and remove the insides. Rinse the carcass, return to the sink.
Mix alcohol with sauce, lemon juice and salt. Pour the abalone with our sauce and quickly put the shells on the grill. Fry on coals for 1 minute. Then turn the meat over with spikes in the sink and cook for another 1 minute.
