Heat the apricot jam in the microwave so that it becomes somewhat runny and lies well on the cake.
Put the bottom cake back into the mold, covered with a new sheet of paper.
Put the warmed jam on it.
Put the second cake on top.
Soak gelatin.
Beat cream with powdered sugar.
Add milk, mix.
Melt gelatin in a water bath until the grains are completely dissolved.
Pour gelatin into the cream. Mix it up.
Put the souffle on the cake, smooth it out.
Put the mold in the refrigerator to completely solidify the souffle.
Cut off the top of the apricots, suitable in size.
Put the yolks on the souffle.
Then cut out the egg-shaped figures.
Sprinkle the cakes with chocolate, imitating black pepper.
Put the resulting cakes on a platter.
