Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare this kebab, you need 2 kg of chicken thighs removed from the bone. 4 bulbs. Vegetable and berry oils, in this case gooseberry, vinegar 100 ml each. Spices for 1 tablespoon: a mixture of peppers, curry, parsley.
Step 2:
Pour the spices with oil, mix.
Step 3:
Let the oil infuse with spices. You can cut the onion into rings at this time. Prepare milk with beer.
Step 4:
Add it all to the meat. Mix well and refrigerate for 8-20 hours. In this case, they cooked for two days in a row in two sets. The first time the shish kebab was marinated for 8 hours, the second time it took 20 hours from the beginning of marinating. The second time the kebab turned out juicier and softer, cooked faster. On the first day, however, the kebab came out more meaty. According to your taste, I advise you to marinate longer.
Step 5:
Shortly before the expiration of the planned pickling time, light a fire or melt the grill. And as the coals are about to come up - you can string the kebab on skewers.
Step 6:
Here are the coals ready - you can lay out a barbecue! Oh, this special flavor!
Step 7:
You need to cook for 15-20 minutes, turning it over periodically. Who likes a more baked crust - do not rush to turn it over, let the barbecue bake to taste!
Step 8:
Time has passed, the barbecue is ready. To check, you can make an incision with a knife. It's time to remove and serve, garnished with herbs, on a platter or on skewers or all together! Bon appetit!
