Step 1:
We begin the preparation of curd-shortbread dough by combining butter with cottage cheese. The oil must first be taken out of the refrigerator and let it lie at room temperature so that it softens.
Step 2:
Combine flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix.
Step 3:
Cottage cheese and butter are kneaded together into a plastic mass.
Step 4:
First knead with a fork, and then manually.
Step 5:
Pour the flour mixture into the curd-butter mass and knead the dough.
Step 6:
We form a lump of cottage cheese and shortbread dough and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes, you can cover it with cling film or a towel.
Step 7:
We take the cooled dough out of the refrigerator, put it on a floured table and proceed to the formation of products.
Step 8:
Before rolling, divide the dough into 2 or 3 parts and roll them out separately.
Step 9:
It is best to prepare cookies or pie with filling from chilled curd-shortbread dough, rolling out the dough with a rolling pin to the desired thickness. For example, for cookies "Crow's feet" or "Handkerchiefs" you need to roll out thinly, about 2 mm.
Step 10:
Cut out circles from the rolled dough.
Step 11:
Dip the circles with one side in sugar and add them in 4 additions to make triangles.
Step 12:
An incision can be made from the open edge on each triangle, forming a "foot".
Step 13:
Dough products are laid out on a greased baking sheet.
Step 14:
