1. In a convenient bowl, sift flour, pour dry yeast, mix.

2. Pour salt and sugar into the resulting mixture.

3. In the center we make a small depression, pour warm water and then olive oil.

4. Knead the dough immediately in a bowl, then dust the table with flour and continue kneading on a flat surface. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, until it becomes plastic, elastic.

5. Leave the dough in a warm place for 40-50 minutes, covering it with a cloth napkin.

Now the dough is ready for further work.
