Step 1:
How to make a salad with honeydew and chicken? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Boil the chicken fillet and potatoes in advance. Wash the chicken eggs thoroughly, then boil hard boiled and pour cold water. All products should be chilled, as the salad made from warm products will quickly deteriorate.
Step 2:
Cut the cooled boiled chicken into medium-sized cubes. It is possible not to cut the fillet, but to disassemble it into fibers with a fork.
Step 3:
Peel the cooled eggs from the shell and also cut into small cubes.
Step 4:
Wash the cucumber, dry it from excess moisture with a paper napkin. Peel with a vegetable peeler and cut into cubes. If the cucumber skin is not damaged, not rough and not bitter, it is not necessary to cut it off.
Step 5:
Peel the boiled potatoes and also cut them into cubes.
Step 6:
Remove the honeydew from the jar into a colander to drain the liquid. Cut large mushrooms into 2-3 pieces, leave small ones whole.
Step 7:
Wash the dill, dry it with paper towels and chop it with a knife. finely chop the onion as well. Combine the chopped ingredients in a common salad bowl.
Step 8:
Add salt and pepper to your taste, add mayonnaise. I make mayonnaise myself in a blender. You can use a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream.
Step 9:
Mix all the ingredients well.
Step 10:
Place the cooking ring on a flat plate. Put the salad in a ring, tamp it with a spoon. The salad can simply be mixed and served in a salad bowl, but in the culinary ring it will look more elegant.
Step 11:
Ready-made salad with pickled honeydew and chicken, cool for an hour in the refrigerator and serve to the table. Decorate it to your liking. I used curly parsley and honeydew. Salad is suitable for everyday and festive table.
The salad will look nice and neat if you cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and shape (for example, cubes).

Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
How to cook hard-boiled eggs? So that the eggs do not crack when cooking, put them in cold water and put them to cook on a small fire. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then pour cold water and cool. From a sharp temperature drop, the shell will be better cleaned.
