Cooking method
Bright, rich and truly tropical! It is not difficult to prepare a cocktail, but it tastes like bliss. Especially if it's thirty degrees outside the window.
In advance, we cool the cocktail glass. To do this, put it in the freezer. For how long? The longer, the better. There is also a quick way to cool a cocktail glass: fill it with crushed ice, wait a minute. During this time, the walls of the glass will be covered with frost, as if a little. Then we release the glass from the ice (we throw it into the sink).
So, we pour vodka into the blender bowl, which, by the way, does not have to be used ordinary. You can take flavored vodka for a cocktail, for example, coconut vodka would be an ideal option for such a cocktail.
Then pour Blue Curacao liqueur and cream into the vodka. Cream can be used ordinary (it is better that they are not too greasy) or coconut.
Fresh ice and ice cream are also sent to the bowl. It is better to crush the ice in advance, and take a creamy ice cream or ice cream. The latter will suit best.
After that, everything is mixed together with an immersion blender until a homogeneous consistency. The resulting mass is poured into a tall glass, after which we decorate it with a piece of pineapple, fixing a wedge on the edge of the glass. And a cocktail cherry, piercing it with a skewer.
It remains to add a straw to the cocktail, close your eyes, imagine yourself on a tropical island and enjoy! :)
P. S. If the cocktail is too thick, you can dilute it a little, for example, with lemonade. If too liquid, you need to add more ice cream or ice.
