Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add the chopped garlic and fry it until a thicker flavor appears. After that, remove the garlic from the oil.
Pour flour into the butter, fry, stirring constantly. The mass should become homogeneous. Pour in the cream, also stirring all the time so that there are no lumps. Add pepper and salt to taste.
This creamy sauce can be coated with pizza before putting the filling on it. Especially if you don't like tomato paste.
