Step-by-step cooking
My husband is a big fan of red fish. About once every two weeks I buy a small piece of fresh red fish and cook some new delicious food from it. So, for example, this week it was creamy salmon soup. Now I will tell you about the culinary recipe of this dish. We start by preparing the ingredients. To do this, finely chop the peeled onion, grate the peeled carrots on a medium grater. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes. Salmon (or pink salmon) is washed and cut into small cubes as well. Tomatoes are covered with boiling water, cleaned from the skin, cut into small cubes. Now take a small saucepan and fry the onion in it in oil until golden, then add the carrots and fry as well. After that, we put tomatoes in a saucepan and fry them silently. Now pour a liter of water there, bring it to a boil. After boiling the water, add the potatoes, salt the mass and cook for about 5-7 minutes. After this time, add salmon to our soup, then pour in the cream. Cook the mass for about 5 minutes. Here is our soup and ready!
