Step-by-step cooking
Boil the beans in salted water for 2 minutes, it should remain still firm, drain the water.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, cut into strips. Fry in a hot frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil until tender.
Peel onion and pepper, cut into strips. Add oil to the frying pan from the meat, fry the onion with pepper, add the beans, fry for 5 minutes on low heat until the vegetables are ready.
Add the chicken to the vegetables, mix everything and transfer to a large cup.
In a bowl, whisk the ingredients for the sauce. You don't have to add salt, try it, it should be enough.
Pour the salad sauce and mix well.
