Cooking method
1. My leek, cut finely. Celery is cleaned, also cut. Peel the onion and garlic, cut into cubes. In a thick-walled saucepan, heat the olive oil, spread the onions and leeks, celery, garlic, fry until soft for about 10 minutes.
2. Pour flour into the frying pan, mix, pour fish broth, cream, add bay leaf and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally for 7 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.
3. We put fresh and smoked fish in the soup, at this stage add the beans, cook over low heat until the fresh fish is ready, it's about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bay leaf from the pan, salt, pepper.
Pour the soup in portions, decorate with herbs if desired. It is very tasty to serve with crusty bread.
