1. Boil the starch noodles according to the instructions, throw them on a sieve, rinse and let the liquid drain.
2. Preheat the pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the peeled shrimp for about three minutes.
3. Add the vegetables cut into thin strips and fry together with the shrimp.
4. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. As the vegetables have become soft, pour the sauce into the pan, mix and cook for another 1 minute. We transfer it to a beautiful dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Our salad with starch noodles is ready!
