    1. Cook the glass noodles according to the package directions, then drain in a colander, rinse, and let them drain well. 2. Heat a skillet or wok, add the vegetable oil, and sauté the peeled shrimp for about 3 minutes. 3. Add the vegetables, cut into thin strips, and stir-fry together with the shrimp. 4. Stir together all the sauce ingredients. Once the vegetables are crisp-tender, pour the sauce into the pan, toss to combine, and cook for 1 minute more. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Your glass noodle salad is ready!
