Cooking method
1. Boil the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package, throw it into a colander, let the liquid drain.
2. Put a piece of butter in a deep frying pan, pour olive oil, and send it to the fire. While the oils are heating up, peel the garlic, cut each clove in half and put it in a heated mixture of oils. Fry the garlic until dark to pick up all the flavor, then remove the cloves.
3. In the oil with garlic flavor, spread finely chopped shallots, cook for 2-3 minutes until soft, then sprinkle with flour and pour cider, mix.
4. Pour cream into the resulting mass, add salt and thyme, cook until thickened (it will take from 2 to 3 minutes), stir occasionally.
5. Add the shrimp to the sauce and cook until they turn pink, about 3 minutes.
6. Remove the sauce from the heat, add chopped parsley, sprinkle with lemon juice. We taste it, if there is not enough salt, we adjust it to taste.
7. Combine the cream sauce with the tagliattele, mix and serve immediately.
How appetizing it looks! Rather, taste!
