Apple-Apricot Juice for the Winter

    1. Rinse the apricots, halve them, and remove the pits. Run the apricots through a juicer. 2. In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar, then pour in the apricot juice. 3. Wash the apples, core them, and juice them as well. 4. Add the apple juice to the saucepan with the apricot juice. Heat over low heat, but do not let it come to a boil. As foam forms on the surface, skim it off with a slotted spoon. 5. While still hot, pour the juice into sterilized jars and seal. Turn the jars upside down, wrap them in something warm, and leave until cooled.
