Cooking method
1. Boil potatoes and eggs until tender (hard-boiled eggs), peel.
2. Cut the boiled potatoes and eggs into cubes.
3. Cucumbers are also cleaned from the skin, grate on a coarse grater.
4. Wash the green onions, dill and parsley, lightly dry with paper towels, chop finely.
5. Cut the ham into cubes in proportion to the rest of the ingredients.
6. Rinse the radish, cut into half circles.
7. Combine all the ingredients in one bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, add mayonnaise and sour cream.
8. Pour in the mineral water - not all at once, but gradually, constantly stirring the okroshka, bring it to the desired density.
9. Add wine vinegar (do not rush to pour in all 10 ml - this is for my taste :), add slowly), adjust the overall taste with sugar and let it stand in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Serve the okroshka on the table.
Bon appetit!
