Cooking method
So, we begin:
- we separate the meat from the bone, cut into cubes;
- potatoes are cleaned, washed;
- put the prepared meat and potatoes (whole! it is not necessary to cut), fill with water and cook until the potatoes are fully cooked;
- we take out the finished potatoes with a slotted spoon into a separate bowl and crush them, turning them into mashed potatoes, then add a little broth, knead again, cover with a lid, and on top with a towel, set aside;
- we send rice to the boiling broth (of course, it needs to be pre-washed);
- we wash and chop the cabbage, send it to the pan after the rice;
- peel the onion and cut into small cubes, fry in sunflower oil until golden, then pour flour, mix, keep on fire for another minute;
- we try the rice for readiness, add onion mixture, mashed potatoes, tomato paste, bay leaf, pepper and salt, cook for 5 minutes.
Cabbage soup is ready!
Bon appetit!
