Cooking method
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. We put it in a saucepan, fill it with water and send it to the fire.
While the potatoes are cooking, peel the carrots and onions. We wash the vegetables under running water and cut: onion - cubes, carrots - long cubes. Fry in sunflower oil (I take refined oil) until golden.
Millet is washed to clean water (about 3 times). We spread the grits to the potatoes and add the toasting. After 5 minutes, add sauerkraut, after washing it.
At this stage, add salt and pepper, wait for the cabbage to be ready.
Season the cabbage with finely chopped herbs.
