Dumplings with cottage cheese and cherries

Do you want something delicious? Prepare dumplings! Who doesn't like dumplings? This is a dish that does not bother. The variation of the filling allows you to eat something new every time. Today I cooked dumplings with cottage cheese and cherries. Everyone at home is happy, and I am happy with them. I advise you to cook, however, a very successful combination turned out!

It's very easy to knead the dough for dumplings:

1. In a bowl, sift flour, add salt, pour warm milk.
2. Knead the steep dough. It should be elastic and elastic.
3. Leave the dough in a cool place for 15-20 minutes.

Filling is also not difficult to make:

1. Rub the cottage cheese with sugar.
2. Add cherries in any form – fresh, frozen and even canned will do.

We form dumplings:

1. Roll out the dough, cut out the circles.
2. Put the filling in the center of the circles.
3. We pinch the edges, forming a dumpling.

Final stage - cooking:

1. We put the dumplings in boiling water.
2. To be ready, it is enough to cook the dumplings for 5 minutes.
3. Beautifully lay out the finished treat on serving plates, decorate with berries and serve on the table.
