Cooking method
1. Melt the cocoa butter in a water bath.
2. Add cocoa powder.
3. Add sugar, stir until smooth.
4. Add the chopped nuts, mix well again.
5. Pour in the cream, stirring, bring the mass almost to a boil.
6. Pour the mass into a form lined with parchment. Let it cool down.
7. Put the mold in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
