    1. Line a small baking sheet (or pan) with parchment. A pan about 9 x 9 inches (22 x 22 cm) works well. 2. In a medium saucepan, combine the cocoa butter, coconut oil, and peanut butter. 3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla, stir, and warm over moderate heat. Keep stirring constantly and heat until the mixture is smooth. 4. Pour it into the pan and wait 15 minutes for it to cool a bit. 5. Break up the dark chocolate and melt it in a double boiler. 6. Drizzle the chocolate over the mixture in a thin stream, then drag the tip of a knife through it to make swirls. 7. Once the bark is completely cool, refrigerate it for at least a couple of hours. 8. Cut the finished treat into serving-size pieces. Enjoy with a cup of tea!
