Delicious and unusual salad for a winter holiday! Cook and try! Simple products, easy to prepare, but thanks to the design, it looks spectacular and original. The combination of ingredients is also very harmonious, to my taste. This salad is always popular on our festive table.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

It is necessary to boil the chicken, vegetables and eggs in advance. Finely chopped mushrooms with finely chopped garlic fry until tender. Let everything cool down.

Just before assembling the salad, peel and finely grate the vegetables. Cut the chicken into small cubes (about half a centimeter).

Salad assembly:

1. Put a layer of mayonnaise on the bottom of the dish along the width of the salad.
2. Then a layer of grated potatoes along the entire width, a little heat in mayonnaise.
3. Put a layer of carrots on the potatoes, without reporting half a centimeter along the edge. Lightly smear with mayonnaise.
4. The next layer is chopped chicken. Across the entire width.
5. Put a layer of mushrooms on the chicken a little less than the width. Again, smear the entire width of the salad with mayonnaise.
6. Put the eggs, cut in half, yolks down on the mayonnaise. Cover the eggs with mayonnaise on top.
7. Spread the grated cheese evenly with the last layer, giving the salad the shape of snowdrifts.

The salad is ready, you can cool it a little - literally 15 minutes in the refrigerator - and serve it to the table!

Bon appetit!
