Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours
Boil potatoes in a uniform, clean and cool. Defrost the shrimp and pour boiling very salty water, you can add dill seeds. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Boil the squid and fish in salted water with onions. Lettuce is laid in layers:
1st layer: grated potatoes on a coarse grater
2nd layer: half of cheese, grated on a fine grater
3rd layer: sliced fish, sprinkled with lemon juice
4th layer: squid peeled from films, cut into small cubes
5th layer: finely chopped shrimp (set aside a few pieces for decoration)
6th layer: remaining cheese.
We lubricate each layer with mayonnaise, but in order not to violate the integrity of the layers, I draw a very thick thin mayonnaise mesh, due to this, the salad is not pressed and its airiness is preserved. Bon appetit to all!
