Turkish potato salad

Delicious salad will delight the whole family!!! I was taught to cook this salad by my husband, for me it resembles Olivier, BUT it is much easier to prepare

Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min
1. We cook potatoes in a uniform, wait until it cools down, clean, cut into large cubes

2. Hard-boiled eggs, cooled in cold water, cleaned, finely diced

3. Peel the onion, finely cut into cubes (IMPORTANT! Onions do not need to be doused with hot water or vinegar)

4. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl, add sumac, red pepper, salt and season with sunflower oil

5. Mix, leave for 10 minutes for impregnation, and then enjoy the unique taste !!!
