Cut potatoes into strips. Put it in a pot.
Chop cabbage, put it on potatoes, fry it in vegetable oil
Fry the carrots cut into strips.
Add finely chopped onion. Also fry.
Chop tomatoes with a blender, add to roasting and put out until the liquid completely evaporates.
Put the fried vegetables in a pot.
Cut the meat from the broth into small cubes. Put it in a pot.
Fill the pot with broth, leaving 2 cm to the top.
Add dry seasonings, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
Cover the pot with a lid, put it in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Add finely chopped garlic (after twenty minutes) and reduce the heat to 120 degrees.
Cabbage soup in the oven will be ready in an hour, but the pot can be left for a longer time. The taste of the dish will only improve from this.
