First we prepare a cup of coffee. If we make several servings, we calculate the recipe for each person. You can make coffee from finely ground natural grains – this will make it even tastier. You can cook it in a coffee machine or just take instant. To do this, boil water, make coffee to taste, then cool it slightly. Remember that for Italian coffee we should have beautiful glasses available - those that are intended for wine or mulled wine will do.
When the coffee is ready (it is better to strain the natural one so that the grounds do not get into the glass), we heat the prepared glasses so that they become pleasantly warm. After that, pour thirty ml of Amaretto liqueur into each. Then pour in the coffee (already with sugar). Mix everything well and decorate the top abundantly with whipped cream, you can use a special spray can. To make the drink look quite picturesque, we decorate it with fresh mint leaves.
