Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the products, wash everything well, peel the mango and onion. If desired, remove the skin from the tomato / I got caught with a very tender one and I left it, it did not affect the taste/.
Step 2:
Cut onion, tomato, greens into very small cubes. Slice the mango a little larger. I wash and clean the hot pepper only in medical gloves, it is desirable to close the lid with a film, it's too painful it's burning. I take it from the nail of my little finger, cut it very finely and put it immediately in a deep salad bowl.
Step 3:
Here add all the slicing, a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, a little honey. Season with 2h.l. lemon juice and 1st.l. olive oil, mix gently and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. That's it, the sauce is ready!
Step 4:
It's very good to serve it with any meat. Adjust the sharpness to taste.
Step 5:
This time we had baked wings. The taste of the sauce is sweet and sour and spicy at the same time with the pleasant juiciness of vegetables and the sweetness of mango.
The sauce is very easy to prepare. Chili pepper should not be excluded — this is the highlight of the dish, without it you will get a salad of tomatoes, onions, fruit and herbs. If you don't like spicy, then add a little chili to the Salsa sauce.
