Fry the chopped onion and garlic clove in vegetable oil in a frying pan (deep).
Put diced pumpkin, pepper, salt. Close the lid, turn down the heat and simmer, stirring from time to time. It is necessary that the vegetables become soft.
Then beat the vegetables with a blender until puree. Heat the cream and pour it into the puree. Stir and warm up.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the puree.
Heat until the cheese melts. Now pumpkin soup can be removed from the stove, poured on plates and decorated with herbs and pumpkin seeds.
