In the boiling chicken broth, add thinly sliced, pre-fried pork, granulated sugar and fish sauce. Make a small fire, and then add the egg noodles and cook the soup until the noodles are soft. You can replace egg noodles with any other one that you like. Cloves of fresh garlic are crushed and fried in vegetable oil until crispy. Lettuce leaves are cut into thin strips. We put garlic and lettuce strips in a saucepan with soup, we also send string beans there. Quickly remove the pan from the stove. Pork soup with noodles is ready, pour on plates, garnished with coriander leaves. Thai soup is served with chopped shallots, young roasted peanuts and dried flakes of hot chili pepper spread out in different bowls. Bon appetit!
