I am putting on your review another recipe for cooking rice. When I heard this name, I thought it was an unusually complex dish. But only the name turned out to be difficult here, so cook and don't be afraid!
Pour warm water over the mushrooms for 30 minutes, then throw them into a colander. When the water runs away, remove the liquid legs and cut everything that remains. Peel the onion and carrot and cut into thin strips. Pepper and zucchini cut into small cubes. Pour oil into the pan. When it warms up, spread the vegetables and fry them until golden brown. It's about 10 minutes. A couple of minutes before readiness, pour in the peas, corn and cardamom grains crushed in a mortar with cinnamon and pepper. Rice is cooked separately, steamed until fully cooked. Mix rice with fish sauce and vegetables, serve immediately.
A great option for dinner. It can also be used as a side dish for a meat dish.
