Fruit Salad with Napa Cabbage, Apples, and Pomegranate

Napa cabbage fits into this salad beautifully. The other day I found an interesting purple Napa cabbage at the store and quickly came up with something to make from it. Here's the first recipe: a fruit salad. Oddly enough, the cabbage's neutral flavor goes very well not only with all kinds of savory dishes but with sweet ones too.
