Cooking method
1.Cherry tomatoes cut in half.
2.Cut the onion into thin half rings.
3.Add half of the required amount of lemon juice and half of ice water to the thin, beat well with a whisk. The thinness will begin to lighten. Add the remaining water, lemon juice, salt to taste and mix thoroughly. The sauce should have the same consistency as the pancake batter, if necessary, add more lemon juice and water.
4.Pour the sauce on the bottom of the plate and put the prepared tomatoes.
5.Sprinkle with half rings of red sweet onion, pepper and salt to taste. Bon appetit!
