Korean carrots are a universal dish! Everyone likes to eat it in its pure form, and they add it to salads with pleasure. Salads with it turn out bright, spicy, with a rich taste.
If you use ready-made Korean carrots, then this dish can be cooked in just 20 minutes! Also, carrots in Korean can be prepared specifically for salad. In this case, the preparation will take longer, but the salad is worth it!
So, let's start preparing the salad:
- cut the ham into small strips;
- grate hard cheese on a coarse grater;
- drain the liquid from the canned beans;
- put Korean carrots, grated cheese and chopped ham in a salad bowl, add canned beans;
- we fill the salad with mayonnaise;
- sprinkle the contents of the salad bowl with salt to taste;
- mix all the ingredients well so that the salt and mayonnaise are evenly distributed in the salad. We do this carefully so as not to violate the integrity of the beans, otherwise it will look ugly in the salad.
The salad can be served immediately after cooking, as it does not need additional time for impregnation. We serve it on the table in portions - in small salad bowls or by putting the salad on plates with the help of a serving ring. Decorate the top with grated cheese and herbs on a coarse grater.
Bon appetit!
